Your Pug’s Journey Home: Safe, Pampered, and Ready for Snuggles đĄđž
Â
Bringing your Pug puppy home is a moment we treasure every bit as much as you do. From those first wobbly steps in our living room to the day they bound into your arms, every part of their journey is guided by gentle hands, watchful eyes, and a whole lot of heart.
Â
We believe how your puppy travels matters just as much as where they are going. That is why we have designed delivery options that put their comfort firstâkeeping stress low, tails curled, and you connected every step of the way.
Â
đą First, They Are ReadyâTruly Ready
Â
Before any travel plans are made, every Pug puppy must pass our Happy Pug Health Check, which includes:
Â
- A complete veterinary exam (heart, eyes, ears, breathing assessment, and overall development)
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming (at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks)
- Microchipping with lifetime registration
- BOAS screening evaluation to ensure clear airways
- Wrinkle inspection and cleaning demonstration for new families
- Socialization milestones: exposure to household sounds, gentle handling by children, car rides, and crate comfort
- Temperament notes to help you understand their personality (“Loves belly rubs!” or “Curled tail never stops wagging”)
Â
Only puppies who are physically healthy and emotionally confident are cleared to travel. Their well-being is never rushed.
Â
đ¸ You Are Part of the StoryâLong Before Pickup
Â
While you wait, you are never left guessing. Through regular updates by text, email, or even video, you receive:
Â
- Weekly photos and short videos of your Pug exploring, napping, and learning
- Notes about their favorite things (“Obsessed with soft blankets!” or “Falls asleep with his head on his sibling”)
- A “Going-Home Guide” with their feeding schedule, potty progress, wrinkle care routine, crate training wins, and first commands they recognize
Â
This is not just paperworkâit is the beginning of your bond.
Â
đâď¸ How Your Pug Comes Home: Two Loving Options
Â
We offer two trusted, low-stress delivery methodsâboth designed with your puppy’s sensitive nature (and adorable flat face) in mind.
Â
Option 1: Doorstep Delivery with a Pet Nanny
Â
For families within driving distanceâor willing to meet us partwayâyour Pug travels in a climate-controlled SUV with a caring, experienced pet nanny. This is often someone from our extended family or a trusted transport partner we have worked with for years.
Â
What it includes:
Â
- Cozy bedding with familiar scents from our home
- Fresh water, potty breaks, and soft music or calm conversation
- Real-time text updates and photos during the trip
- Hand-delivered to your doorstep with a warm meet-and-greet
- Temperature monitoringâespecially important for brachycephalic breeds like Pugs
Â
This personal, gentle approach means your puppy arrives curious and calmânot stressed or overwhelmed. They have already enjoyed car ride practice sessions with us, so the motion feels familiar.
Â
Option 2: Airport Meet & Greet (Pet-Safe Air Travel)
Â
For longer distances, we partner only with airlines that offer pet cabin or climate-controlled cargo programsâspecifically United PetSafe, Delta’s Live Animal Program, or American Airlines’ Pet Embark. We never use standard cargo or unverified couriers.
Â
How it works:
Â
- Your Pug flies in a temperature-regulated, pressurized areaâthe same as human cargo
- A trusted handler escorts them to the airport, ensures proper check-in, and stays until takeoff
- You receive flight details, gate information, and a photo right before they board
- Upon landing, we coordinate timing so your wait is minimal
- You meet them at the designated pet pickup area, where they will be alert and ready to see you
Â
If an airline does not meet our safety standardsâespecially regarding brachycephalic breed protocolsâwe will not book the flight. Period.
Â
đ¤ We Are With You After They Arrive
Â
Your Pug’s journey does not end when they reach youâit is just the beginning. Within 24â48 hours of arrival, we check in to answer questions, celebrate with you, and offer guidance.
Â
You also receive our Pug Welcome Kit, which includes:
Â
- Feeding & transition guide (to avoid tummy upsetsâPug tummies can be sensitive!)
- Wrinkle care instructions with step-by-step cleaning demonstrations
- Heat sensitivity awarenessâkeeping your Pug cool and comfortable
- House-training tips tailored to their smart, sometimes stubborn, nature
- Vet visit checklist and questions to ask during that first exam
- Toy & enrichment ideasâbecause a bored Pug is a creatively destructive Pug!
- Breathing and exercise guidelines for flat-faced dogs
Â
Plus, you always have our direct line for the first 30 daysâbecause new puppy questions do not keep business hours, and we mean it when we say we are here for you.
Â
â¤ď¸ And Always⌠A Lifetime of Support
Â
No matter how your Pug comes home, they carry a piece of our family with them. Those wrinkles, that curly tail, that adorable snore you will soon cherishâit all started here, in our home, with love.
Â
And if life ever changes in ways you did not expect, remember our Lifelong Sanctuary Promise: we are here for themâfor life.
Â
Because to us, they are never “just a puppy.” They are family.
